Pam began her journey into yoga 13 years ago and the impact was immediate and powerful. She began the study of many different styles of yoga, but found a home in the teachings of Integral Yoga, founded by Swami Satchidananda in 1966. Integral Yoga emphasizes not only the physical aspect of yoga, but also the meditative and energetic aspects. Pam completed her teacher certification from the Integral Yoga Institute in Manhattan in 2006. Pam considers herself first and foremost a student of yoga and continues to explore different styles of yoga, incorporating these into her classes. Other styles of influence include Kripalu, Bihar, Vinyasa, Jivamukti and Sivananda. Co-owner of Lotus Mind & Body, Pam feels privileged to share the teachings of yoga- a beautiful antidote to our rapid, often stressful day to day lives.
Pam is married, lives in Bernardsville, and has two children.
