Whether through a practice of Yoga or Pilates, or the exploration of holistic mind and body offerings, each individual can tap into a stronger more peaceful and vibrant self.

With over 30 classes each week led by Somerset Hills NJ's best teaching talent, our schedule is designed to motivate and inspire students of all levels. Our teachers remain sensitive to the needs of individuals as well as the group, and extend a warm welcome to every student.

While seeking to uphold the 5,000 year-old traditions of yoga, we offer different styles to meet your individual goals. Choose from invigorating Vinyasa Flow, or work more slowly to rebalance the body in Alignment class. All classes are infused with inspiration from tradition based yoga styles including:

We are a fully-equipped Pilates Studio and offer classical instruction in the Pilates Method for every level of study from beginner to advanced. Equipment classes including tower and circuit are offered weekly, as well as open-level mat classes. Private and semi-private instruction is available by appointment 7 days/week.

In addition, we also offer a 55-minute Pilates  TRX® Class weekly, and Yamuna Body Rolling® workshops at various times throughout the year.  These strengthen, tone and stretch, and provide additional options for your fitness routine.
